Venue Hire
THE State Library of Western Australia offers a variety of function and seminar rooms with modern facilities for your next conference, presentation or training.
The State Library is located in the Perth Cultural Centre, the gateway between the central business district and the entertainment district of Northbridge. The Perth Cultural Centre is easy to access with public transport nearby and car parking available underneath the library.
Seminar and function rooms
A range of rooms are available for hire for events from 12 to 207 people. The State Library offers a theatre as well as small to large seminar rooms.

Audio-visual assistance
When organising an event in the State Library Theatre, you can hire services of an audio-visual company. The following organisations are familiar with our venue:

For film screenings, you will need to contract services of a projectionist. Please contact the Venues Coordinator for details.
Cost
The rooms are available for a range of prices with charges for half day, full day, evening and weekends.
Booking/availability
The Venues staff will be happy to assist you with your enquires into the venue availability. We can also recommend caterers for your event.
